Tuesday
Read pages 211-214, stopping after “Bone Basics”
-Written Narration, NB pg 194 (2 facts, 1 picture)

Wednesday
-Read pages 215-218, stopping after “Sauropods”
-Written Narration, NB pg 197 (2 facts, 1 picture)

Thursday
- Read pages 219-222, stopping after “Common Theropods”
-Written Narration, NB pg 198 (Theropods-2 facts, 1 picture) -crossword puzzle

Friday
-Read pages 222-226
-Written Narration, NB pg 198-199 (2 facts and 1 picture for all 4 dinosaurs)

This chapter covers Dinosaurs, which I'm sure will be a delight to some, but maybe not to others! :) The homework is a bit light compared to previous weeks, so we want to be able to use the time to let the kids explore a bit more outside the realm of the book. However, the subject of dinosaurs can be a tricky one, and we want to be sensitive to keeping a Biblical perspective in front to the kids. So, Mrs. Estes and I have agreed to set the schedule so that the kids will do all of the reading this week, and leave time in next week's schedule for the kids to complete a project or activity of some sort. We will get that information out to you ASAP. If your child already has an idea, send me a note and we will move with that. I appreciate your flexibility in this area. Thanks!
